Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total session cost.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 2 days' notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date once.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another session.
If I have to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 min late, your session time may be shortened, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled with a new deposit.
4. Travel & Studio Time
I commute 1 hour and 30 minutes to the studio for each session, which is why my deposit policy is in place. Please respect my time as I respect yours.
5. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
